Bigfoot is an obvious fruit machine game for the vivid of imagination and Vegas Technology software doesn’t disappoint with its images of The Big One himself (apparently sporting a Beatle haircut and moccasins), a mad professor type seeking him, a footprint to keep the trail warm, a Pacific Northwest panorama, a campfire and a cautionary road sign. A-9 are plain.

In Vegas Technology’s five-reel, 25-payline Bigfoot, the titular character appears on reels two, three and four and substitutes for everything except the Scatter footprint. He hobbles along unsteadily, apparently in a camera viewfinder, so keep an eye on a tabloid near you. A Free Games Feature is awarded when three or more scattered footprints appear. A human foot steps in and out of Bigfoot’s, comparing. Our explorer/mad prof is the jackpot, five giving 5000 coins. Five panoramas pay 2000.

We won. We lost. The soundtrack clicked away, unimpressively. Then, three Scatter footprints and it’s into the Free Games feature. Touch any pair of eyes in the pitch-black forest. There are three chances to find the elusive Bigfoot. Find him first time for 20 free spins and 10x multiplier, Second time for 15 free spins and 8x multiplier. Third time for 10 and 4x.  So, first pair of eyes: is that Bigfoot, no it’s only a bear. Second pair: an old-timer playing banjo. Third pair: Bigfoot found! Waving his arm provocatively.  Only the 10 free spins and 4x multiplier. Next time though we got him first time for the big 20 and 10x.

We don’t much like the way Bigfoot was waving his arm at us. Was he taking the pee, or what? Did we bring a gun along?
